We are looking for a passionate and creative teacher in wood and metal craft who wants to inspire students in grades 3–9! With us, you will have the opportunity to develop teaching and create learning that makes a difference.

Your responsibilities:

• Teach woodcraft for grades 3–9.
• Plan, evaluate, and document the teaching.
• Actively participate in the school's pedagogical development work and collegial learning.
• Create conditions for each student's development and learning.
• Use Schoolsoft for documentation and communication with students and guardians.

About us

The Department of Children and Education is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, high schools, adapted schools, and cultural schools. We work together for a learning environment where children, students, and employees succeed and can be their best. The department's mission is to coordinate, plan, and support the various operations and work for coordination between school and working life.

Bjärnum School is a K-9 school, which together with Mala School forms a principal area. Bjärnum School has about 360 students in K-9. The leadership consists of a principal and two assistant principals.

The school is located about a 15-minute drive north of Hässleholm. There are also good train and bus connections to Bjärnum, where the school is within walking distance from the station.
