About the position
As a customer service representative at Releasy, you will:
- Represent Releasy and our client Telia, one of Sweden's most successful companies in the IT and telecommunications industry.
- Receive customers via incoming calls, answer questions, and solve problems related to the customer's services with Telia.
- Actively work with sales as part of your service.
You do not need any prior knowledge - just a passion for always delivering that little extra through a memorable customer interaction and active upselling.
Training
30 days of basic training combined with practical work. You will also receive coaching from your team leader and the opportunity to advance in our career ladder.
Employment form
Permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probationary period.
Salary
Fixed monthly salary plus commission-based bonus linked to your upselling.
Working hours
Shifts are scheduled within Telia's opening hours, which are Monday-Friday 08:00-19:15 and Saturday 09:00-17:15.
Start
We have two training starts, on 2026-01-08 and 2026-02-06. The training start date is also the start date for employment.
Qualifications and skills
- High school diploma
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of English both orally and in writing
- Good computer and system skills
