Job Description

As a Transport Administrator at BAUHAUS, you will be responsible for planning, administering, and following up on the international transport flow from suppliers in Asia and Europe to BAUHAUS warehouses and/or stores. The role is operationally central in the supply chain and ensures that our goods are transported cost-effectively, on time, and in accordance with applicable agreements, regulations, and quality requirements.

More specifically, this means:

• Administering and coordinating transport flows (sea freight and road freight) from suppliers: FOB deliveries from Asia
• FCA deliveries from Europe
• Ensuring that bookings are made according to transport agreements and optimal freight solutions
• Daily contact with freight forwarders, suppliers, and purchasing
• Ensuring correct and complete transport documentation
• Monitoring the transport flow from booking to receipt
• Ensuring correct billing according to agreements and incoterms
• Registering and updating shipments in BAUHAUS transport and business systems TMS/ERP

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. Location: Norrköping.

Who are we looking for?

• Post-secondary education in logistics/transport or equivalent work experience.
• Documented experience in international transport, preferably both sea and road transport.
• Good understanding of Incoterms, especially FOB and FCA.
• Experience with customs and transport documentation.
• Proficient in working with TMS/ERP and Excel.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are structured and meticulous with a high administrative capacity. The job requires you to be proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Since you will be in contact with many different parties, it is crucial that you are communicative and solution-oriented.
