We are now looking for a new Fertilizer Manager who wants to take ownership of the fertilizer and biogas business in Sweden and Denmark. As Fertilizer Manager, you will play a central role in our operations and become the link between marketing, purchasing, production, sales, and development. You will drive the development of the business while also contributing to the development of sustainable products, thereby promoting the success and profitability of the biogas business. The assignment is carried out in close collaboration with a team of 6 employees in Linköping, and you will report to the Head of Feedstock and Fertilizers, Biogas and Projects.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for our suppliers regarding the purchase of fertilizers and the sale of plant nutrients in the form of biogas to agriculture and other customers within the crop production segment in Sweden and Denmark (budget and result responsibility)
• Design and development of purchasing and sales terms, as well as monitoring that our agreements are followed and comply with applicable requirements and conditions in accordance with certifications, laws, and sustainability criteria
• Business development and further processing of plant nutrient products in collaboration with the development department
• Market monitoring of products, trends, national and international laws and regulations, etc.
• Be Gasum's representative in relevant networks, groups, conferences, and seminars
• Responsible for internal audits at our production facilities
• Partly responsible for external audits at our production facilities regarding Certification SPCR 120 and KRAV
• Act as support and expert in ongoing projects and upcoming establishment projects in the biogas business

Your Profile

We see that you are educated as an agricultural engineer, agronomist, or have another suitable commercial education focused on agriculture and plant nutrients. You have 5 years of work experience, preferably as a product manager, advisor, or salesperson in businesses targeting agriculture. Furthermore, you have a strong interest in business operations, an understanding of agricultural conditions, and knowledge within the agricultural sector. Good system skills and a strong interest in numbers are beneficial. Gasum is part of a Nordic group, and you communicate well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

The position is full-time, with start date to be agreed upon, based in Linköping. Travel is included in the position, primarily to our production facilities in Sweden and Denmark, but also to external partners, requiring a driving license.
