We are looking for an experienced purchaser/procurement officer for our client in central Linköping to drive procurements, from needs analysis and requirement specification to advertising. You will be part of a competent and welcoming team that looks forward to receiving support during a planned work peak.

The assignment is scheduled to start in early 2026 and is expected to last until the summer. This is primarily a part-time assignment (80%). Initially, you are expected to work on-site, and then there is an opportunity to vary on-site work with remote work.

Responsibilities:

Conduct needs analysis and requirement specification for procurements
Lead the procurement process up to advertising
Manage procurements in areas for various types of services.

Previous procurements, framework agreement documents, and materials are available.

Qualifications:

Relevant education in public procurement (e.g., university or vocational college) or extensive experience in the field
At least three years of experience in independently leading procurements
Good knowledge of LOU
Good skills in developing requirement specifications and collaborating with requirement setters
