We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Procurement Manager who wants to take responsibility for the procurement of construction and support services, technical building equipment, and engineering services both nationally and internationally.

About the position

As a procurement expert, you will be responsible for defining purchasing and supplier strategies in project meetings to ensure the best results regarding cost, quality, and project goals. You will coordinate internal communication and approval processes, maintain close contact with internal departments and external suppliers, and monitor the market to select the right suppliers. The role involves continuous professional development through collaboration with colleagues and partners in procurement and real estate.

Your main responsibilities

• Create and manage electronic bids, evaluate offers, and conduct price and contract negotiations until the agreement is finalized, including handling of additions and damages.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for material areas based on needs, market, and supplier analyses.
• Conduct global market analyses to ensure collaboration with the best suppliers.
• Ensure the use of defined purchasing methods, processes, and systems in a digital environment.
• Be responsible for supplier management (qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification).
• Plan, document, and report savings.
• Collaborate closely with internal functions such as legal, project management, construction planning, regions, and controlling.

Who are you?

• Relevant degree, such as architect, civil engineer, industrial engineer with a focus on construction, or commercial education with a technical construction background.
• Several years of experience in project management or procurement within the construction industry or real estate-related fields.
• Strong negotiation skills, goal-oriented, and proactive.
• Knowledge of procurement project management and contract law.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, as well as good knowledge of Office tools.
