Sales Representative at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales in Norrköping
We are part of the leading media group in the Nordics, Bonnier News AB, and are now looking for a sales representative for our office in Norrköping. We are looking for someone interested in a part-time position of 50%, equivalent to 20 hours per week. We seek a person with a winning mentality and high ambitions who is motivated by results. Since our start in 2014, Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, a central part of the leading media group in the Nordics, Bonnier News AB, has undergone significant expansion, marking our importance in the industry. We have grown from an office with five employees to nearly 100 salespeople across our offices in Västerås, Norrköping, Örebro, and Eskilstuna. Our vision is to become the leading sales organization within the entire Bonnier group, and with total sales of 145 million in 2024, nothing can stop us!
About the Role
As a sales representative at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you have the opportunity to influence your own salary through an unlimited commission model as well as a guaranteed salary every month. You will receive training in modern sales techniques from our experienced sales coaches and sales managers who have over 10 years of experience in the industry. Who Are You?
You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where high tempo, positive energy, and strong collegial collaboration go hand in hand with good sales results. You are a communicative and persuasive telephone salesperson with the ability to express yourself clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Through active listening and understanding of the customer's needs, you can tailor solutions that truly add value.
As a person, you are goal-oriented and driven, striving not only to meet but also to exceed set goals. Your persistence and work ethic ensure that you always stay focused and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently without giving up. You are meticulous and organized, which means you always deliver quality in your work, and you handle stressful situations calmly and steadily.
Qualifications:
- Good ability to communicate and meet customers via phone and email/writing.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in proactive sales is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer contact is a requirement.
Additional Information
The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months with a chance of extension.
1 month notice period.
Part-time position of 50%, equivalent to 20 hours per week.
Salary is based on guaranteed salary and commission.
You will belong to Bonnier News Inhouse Sales. You report to the sales manager, and the office is located at Prästgatan 12b in Norrköping.
