Senior Consultant Manager at ALTEN in Linköping

Are you a business-driven leader with experience in B2B sales and an interest in technology and digital solutions? ALTEN continues to grow and is looking for a senior consultant manager who wants to drive sales, develop customers, and lead consultants in IT and technology-intensive areas.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a consultant manager, you will be responsible for your own business area with a full focus on business development and sales, building customer relationships, and leading your consulting team. You will drive the entire sales process – from needs analysis and quotes to contracts and delivery – while developing the team and ensuring quality in ongoing assignments.

This role is suitable for you who want to use your sales experience in a more strategic role, where you can combine customer focus and leadership with the opportunity to influence ALTEN's continued growth in Stockholm.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop and win business within technology and digitalization
  • Drive the entire sales process: prospecting, needs analysis, quotes, tenders, and contracts
  • Recruit and build your consulting team together with Talent Acquisition
  • Lead, coach, and develop consultants with personnel responsibility
  • Be responsible for budget, margins, and business plan for your area
  • Work cross-functionally with other business areas and customer teams in Stockholm

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have a strong commercial profile and experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology or IT, where you are used to building relationships and driving business to closure.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in B2B sales (preferably complex deals or service sales)
  • Understanding of technology, digitalization, or IT-related services
  • Academic background in e.g., technology, management, industrial economics, business, or similar
  • Good ability to create trust and lead professional relationships
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Driving license B

PREFERABLE:

Previous experience of personnel responsibility, consulting, recruitment, or leadership in a sales organization.
