Experienced Project Procurement Manager Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Project Procurement Manager who wants to contribute to Siemens Energy's property projects by driving procurement and supplier strategies for construction, technical equipment, and engineering services.

The role is central to ensuring cost-effective, high-quality, and timely deliveries in complex project environments.

As a consultant through Jefferson Wells, you will be part of a global team managing procurement for Siemens Energy's owned and leased properties worldwide - from new construction and renovation to energy procurement.

Your Responsibilities

• Participate as a procurement expert in project meetings and define purchasing and supplier strategies.
• Create electronic bids, evaluate offers, and conduct price and contract negotiations until contract signing.
• Manage supplementary orders and claims.
• Conduct needs, market, and supplier analyses for long-term and cost-effective delivery.
• Perform global market analyses to optimize procurement strategies.
• Ensure the implementation of defined purchasing methods, processes, and digital systems.
• Be responsible for supplier management (qualification, selection, evaluation, development).
• Plan, generate, and document savings.
• Collaborate closely with internal interfaces such as legal, project management, bidding, construction planning, and controlling.

Your Profile

• Academic degree as an architect, civil engineer, industrial engineer with a focus on construction, or commercial education with a technical construction background.
• Several years of experience in project management or procurement within the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proactive working approach.
• Knowledge of project management for procurement and contract law.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, as well as good knowledge of Office tools.

About the Team

You will be part of Siemens Energy's global procurement team for properties. We work with everything from property management to new construction and renovation projects, and you will contribute to both Swedish projects and global initiatives.
