Your main responsibilities

• Customer contact and case management via phone, chat, and email.
• Proactive outreach via phone where you contact our customers for booking appointments and offering our services.
• Booking workshop jobs, including service, repairs, and tire changes.

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)
