We are looking for a customer support representative for an exciting assignment in Söderköping!

About the position

As a Customer Support Representative, you are a central part of the order process. You ensure that customers receive accurate and clear information at every step and contribute to strong customer relationships through professional service and quick feedback.

The role also means that you act as an important link internally and ensure that communication flows smoothly between marketing, production, purchasing, and logistics. You thrive in a structured work environment and work meticulously with documentation, system management, and clear routines to create order and efficiency in daily operations.

The assignment is initially a 6-month hire with good chances of extension or takeover by the client.

Your main responsibilities

• Continuously inform customers about order status and deliveries.
• Keep marketing, production, and purchasing updated on customer requests.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics for a smooth process.
• Act as a knowledge hub for customer inquiries and product information.

Who are you?

• Experience in service, customer support, production, or similar customer-facing roles.
• You have an excellent ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and colleagues, with a strong customer orientation and service mindset.
• You work carefully and in a structured manner, can handle multiple parallel processes, and prioritize effectively.
• You are proactive, take initiative, and act preventively to avoid problems before they arise.
• You have good system skills, preferably experience with Monitor and order management, as well as the ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
• You have an understanding of production processes and see the whole picture from order to delivery, with insight into how different departments collaborate.
