As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a key role in driving sales and building customer relationships. You are responsible for the entire sales process – from leads to presenting customized solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires you to work independently, goal-oriented, and with a high level of activity to meet set targets regarding sales budget, hit rate, and return percentage. You are expected to follow the company's sales processes, act professionally in customer contacts, and contribute to continuous improvement by adopting new routines and projects in a structured way.

To fit the role of our next star seller, we see that you have at least 2 years of experience in B2C sales and have demonstrated good results in your previous jobs. Experience in sales within the solar industry is an advantage. You have the ability to quickly build trust with our customers through your attentiveness and professionalism. While you perform at an individual level, you understand the importance of working as a team and supporting each other so that everyone has the opportunity to succeed. A good technical understanding is an advantage. The role requires fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Salary: Fixed salary & commission
