Arboteket is a modern arborist company operating in both the public and private sectors. We currently have about 15 employees and are based in Linköping, Östergötland, where we serve most of our clients.

Our core business includes tree felling, tree pruning, and mechanical services such as debris removal with trucks, stump grinding, etc.

As an administrator, you will work directly under the site manager. The administration team currently consists of 3 people.

We are currently looking for an engaged and organized administrator for a temporary position with the possibility of extension.

About the position:

As an administrator at Arboteket, you will play a central role in our operations. You will be responsible for managing our communication channels, including switchboard, email, and planning. You will work in a creative and cheerful team where your contributions are valued. You will have a lot of contact with our customers, and we highly value your social skills and personality.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education
• Has experience in administrative work
• Has experience handling switchboards, emails, and planning tools
• Experience with contract systems
• Has a B driver's license
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is responsible, meticulous, and stress-resistant
• Thrives in a varied and dynamic work environment
• Is service-oriented and has good communication skills

We would be especially happy if you can or have done the following:

• Work in the green sector
• Invoicing
• Payroll administration
• Bookkeeping

The position is a 15-month temporary position with the possibility of extension.
