Responsibilities:
As our new Sales Manager for Region East, you will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met within the region. You will work strategically to identify new business opportunities and drive sales initiatives that support the company's overall goals. The role also includes:
- Developing and implementing overall sales strategies for the region.
- Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team.
- Having your own customer responsibility including new customer acquisition.
- Ensuring that budgeted sales targets are met and reporting results to the Sales Manager Sweden.
- Identifying new business opportunities and building strong customer relationships.
- Participating in and representing the company at industry fairs and other events.
- Being part of the sales management team with other regional managers.
The assignment involves travel within and outside the region. You are expected to be physically present at the office in Norrköping to lead and motivate.
Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about developing and motivating sales teams. You have technical understanding, experience in B2B sales, and thrive in customer interactions. You likely have a university degree in economics, sales, marketing, or similar. Additional training in leadership and sales is an advantage.

- Familiar with working with ERP and business systems.
For this role, you need:
- Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably within construction or industry.
- Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A valid driver's license (B).
