O’Learys is now looking for a customer responsible B2B salesperson for Norrköping and Linköping who wants to work with corporate events, conferences, and activity-oriented solutions for customers throughout Östergötland. You will be part of a strong and well-known concept where sports, good food, and experiences are combined under one roof. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing long-term customer relationships and delivering well-planned and high-quality corporate events. Your Responsibilities

• Drive and develop B2B sales towards companies in Norrköping and/or Linköping
• Prospect, book, and conduct customer meetings, both digitally and physically
• Sell ready-made and customized corporate solutions within events, conferences, activities, as well as food & drink
• Follow up leads and quote processes and work towards set goals
• Represent O’Learys at networking events and corporate events
• Collaborate with the site manager and restaurant managers to create overall experiences for customers

Good to Know

You will be based at O’Learys in Norrköping or Linköping and work closely with the site manager for these units. The role is independent with support from colleagues in operations, marketing, and management.

The position is full-time with flexible working hours, where some evening and weekend work occurs during corporate events. Travel between locations is included in the role. The employment is permanent with an initial probationary period.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone with sales experience, preferably in B2B. You are self-driven, results-oriented, and enjoy building relationships. It is an advantage if you have worked in the event, hotel, or restaurant industry or have local knowledge and an existing network in Norrköping or Linköping. Furthermore, we consider it advantageous to have actively worked with proactive sales towards companies. You are outgoing, representative, and confident in your role. Additionally, we see you as a natural relationship builder who wants to contribute to O’Learys continued growth.

A valid driver's license (B) and access to your own car are required for the position.
