About the role You will be responsible for the sales of solar panels, battery solutions, and other energy-smart comprehensive solutions to private customers (B2C). You will work from home and plan your days according to customer needs, giving you the freedom to combine flexibility with accountability for results.

You will visit customers on-site, listen to their needs, and present tailored solutions that are both sustainable and cost-effective. The role involves close collaboration with our technical teams and project managers to ensure a smooth process from the first meeting to final installation.

You will be the customer's most important contact person, build long-term relationships, and contribute to strengthening 1KOMMA5 as a market leader in a future-oriented industry. We are looking for someone who

  • Has good phone and computer skills.
  • Is social, engaged, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is driven by results and has a strong desire to achieve your goals.
  • Is proficient in Swedish and English.

Meritorious

  • Experience working in CRM systems.
  • Has sales experience and feels comfortable in customer dialogues.
  • Has previously worked in the solar panel industry.

START: By agreement LOCATION: Linköping or Norrköping – hybrid, with the possibility to work both from the office and from home. SCOPE: 100%
