About the position
As a sales customer service representative, you are first in line when customers reach out - and see each call as an opportunity. You will primarily sell electricity contracts with additional services to private customers. With your combination of service mindset, business drive, and attentiveness, you will find solutions that create satisfied customers and strong results.
You will:
Receive incoming customer calls where you quickly identify needs and convert each dialogue into business opportunities.
Work towards clear sales targets - both individually and together with your team.
Close deals, drive sales, and maximize your own commission.
Handle back-office tasks and ensure that each case is handled correctly - an important step in creating high customer satisfaction and quality in every contact.
Build long-term customer relationships through close and professional communication across multiple channels.

Requirements for the position
Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form
Good knowledge of English
Good computer skills
Completed secondary education

Working hours: 08.00-17.00 Monday-Friday
