Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you are the face of Senzum. You will:

  • Assist our customers' customers via phone, chat, and email – primarily in Norwegian but also in Swedish
  • Be a problem solver who makes the customer feel seen and satisfied
  • Work in various systems and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
  • Collaborate with an engaged team that supports each other

A typical day with us

You start the day with a cup of coffee and a quick check-in with the team. Then you log into your systems and begin taking calls from customers who need your help. Between calls, you respond to emails and update cases in the system. We work together, support each other, and make sure to have fun along the way!

We are looking for someone who

  • Speaks Norwegian, Swedish, and English fluently in both speech and writing (requirement).
  • Is social, communicative, and solution-oriented.
  • Has the right attitude and is interested in developing.
  • Takes personal responsibility and ownership of your tasks.
  • Sees your own role in the team and contributes to the group's success.
  • Is punctual and keeps your promises.
  • Has computer/system skills (meritorious, but not required).

No previous experience in customer service? - No problem, we will train you!

Information:

Employment type: On-call employment with hourly wage

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement
