Operations Support – Support for operations and customers in everyday life

As a Process and System Support, you will belong to Operations Support, which is part of Samhall's Shared Service Center. You report to the Head of Operations Support and are part of a group of 16 colleagues. Operations Support is a unit tasked with supporting Samhall's operations and customers in their mission. They do this by providing professional service and user support to internal employees and external stakeholders daily by investigating, resolving, and providing feedback on questions or comments related to processes, system support, and ways of working, such as deliveries, employment, invoices, and more. An important part of the mission is to identify development needs that help facilitate both for Samhall's operations and customers.

Samhall has its beautiful premises on St: Larsgatan, right in the center of Linköping. The assignment extends to August 30, with a chance for extension.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has completed high school
  • Has previous experience working with service
  • Good experience working in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook)
  • Has an interest and understanding of IT/technology and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools
  • Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish as it is required to perform the tasks
  • Is driven by collaboration and interested in learning new areas

It is meritorious if you have

  • Previously worked in case management systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Understanding of processes and the ability to see things from a holistic perspective
  • Previously worked in any of the following systems: IFS, SuccessFactors, Dynamics CRM, Quinyx
