Your Role

Returpack's Customer Service is the hub of our collaboration with over 12,000 customers, including stores, restaurants, and associations. Our employees handle inquiries ranging from payment issues, ownership changes, and contractual matters to guiding customers through the recycling process, explaining regulations, and providing support in interpreting reports. Additionally, we take care of the valuable contact with consumers who need assistance with deposits and payments in Pantamera Express, as well as at our deposit receptions and deposit stations.

Your ability to deliver high-quality service, manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, and act as a reliable advisor for our customers will be crucial. You will also be part of our close-knit team where responsibility, collaboration, and team spirit are in focus.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a strong service orientation and a positive attitude that shines through in every customer interaction. The role suits you if you thrive in a varied everyday life where both inquiries and contacts change, and if you meet customers with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach. You take responsibility, are reliable and meticulous in your work style, and appreciate working together with others in a team where collaboration is key. The job involves handling multiple questions at the same time, making it valuable to be structured and able to quickly adapt to new situations.

Digital working methods are an obvious part of customer service, so it is important that you feel comfortable working in various systems and are eager to learn new things.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least a high school education
• Experience with customer service systems or similar is an advantage
• Preferably experience in customer service or service professions
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good English in speech and writing
