Business Developer in Procurement

Your Role

We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to be part of shaping our journey forward. As a business developer in procurement at Aeronautics, you will work closely with the business and play a central role in driving change, improvement, and development. The role involves many points of contact within Saab and great opportunities to influence both strategy and everyday operations.

You will combine analysis, project management, coaching, and change management. The work involves building relationships, creating consensus, and working cross-functionally to enable long-term development. As the external environment changes rapidly and our business needs may shift, the assignment is continuously adapted to create the greatest possible impact.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive improvement projects - from idea to result
• Support the business in daily improvement work through coaching, training, and practical tools
• Collect, analyze, and visualize data for decision support (knowledge of IFS is an advantage)
• Identify areas for development and propose solutions that create real impact
• Build bridges between functions and drive collaboration for long-term development
• Support the implementation of new regulations, internal guidelines, and external requirements
• Create structure, consensus, and collaboration between different parts of the organization

You will have a varied role where you both see the big picture and take responsibility for ensuring that activities are carried out in practice. You will operate at the heart of the business and become an important part of Saab's continued development.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who combines analytical skills with a genuine interest in people and change. You are unpretentious, structured, and communicative, and you thrive in roles where you can create clarity, engagement, and results together with others. You are comfortable working independently and can easily switch between operational and strategic perspectives.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant academic background in procurement, quality, logistics, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in procurement work, business development, change management, project management, or similar roles
• Strong project management and planning skills
• Ability to see opportunities and think creatively even in complex situations
• Good communication skills and the ability to tailor messages to different target groups
• Confidence in working cross-functionally and leading others through coaching and support
• Ability to take responsibility, drive issues, and deliver results
• Good understanding of IT environments and data management within procurement (experience with IFS is an advantage)

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
