Digital Marketing Specialist – focus on social media, content & paid – for a fast-growing e-commerce company

We are now seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a primary focus on social media (organic & paid), content production in text/image/video, and Google Ads. You will be an important part of our digital marketing team and work closely with our existing Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing Manager.

About the role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work to drive traffic, engage target audiences, and strengthen our brand in Europe. You will be responsible for creating and publishing content, planning campaigns, and optimizing our digital channels.

Your main responsibilities:

Social media – organic & paid:

• Plan, create, and publish content (image, video, copy) for all digital channels (Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest) for all markets.
• Build and engage the community through daily interaction, comments, and DMs.
• Ensure that the channels follow tone and brand identity.
• Manage advertising in Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.

Google Ads & traffic-driving activities:

• Create and optimize ads in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Work with traffic-driving activities to increase visibility and conversion.

Brand work & organic positioning:

• Drive activities that strengthen the brand long-term.
• Ensure a consistent visual identity and tone in all content.
• Work data-driven and follow up on performance in all digital channels.

Overall tasks:

• You are also expected to support in other areas of digital marketing and site as needed - such as front-end updates, SEO, content updates, visual work on our e-commerce pages, as well as planning, production, and publishing of newsletters and campaign emails.
• Analyze and report KPIs within CRM, SoMe, and paid marketing.
• Close collaboration with the entire organization and external performance agency.
• Ensure a consistent visual identity and tone in all content.

We believe you who apply:

• Have experience working with social media and digital content.
• Can produce content (text/image/video) independently.
• Have experience with Meta Ads and preferably Google Ads.
• Have knowledge of newsletter systems, preferably Mailchimp.
• Have a data-driven work approach and a good understanding of digital analytics.
• Are curious, creative, structured, and confident in working both strategically and operationally.
