Responsibilities  As Service Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of both the workshop, spare parts, and our customer reception at the facility. The overall responsibility is to create an efficient and secure operation by maintaining and developing existing routines.

This position requires operational and present leadership in daily operations. A key part of the role is to create the conditions for high customer satisfaction that customers in the premium & luxury segment expect. 

The role includes revenue, occupancy, and result responsibility for our service market and driving these towards set goals and key performance indicators.

Great focus is placed on leadership and responsibility for the entire employment cycle - from recruitment, management and distribution of work, resource and competence assurance, development and engagement of staff, and salary setting - to establishing and maintaining a safe and regular working environment. You are also responsible for capital assets such as cars, tools, equipment, and machinery. 

Key competencies/abilities:

  • Driven to inspire others and create a good team spirit

  • Technical experience

  • Several years of experience in vehicle service or similar technical operations

  • Experience in formal/informal leadership  

  • Good general IT skills (Kobra is an advantage)

  • Ability to achieve business goals, as well as develop and improve processes for the operation

  • You are ambitious, performance-oriented, and willing to make decisions

  • Initiate business opportunities and always keep business possibilities in mind

  • Valid driver's license required
