Bioglan is growing rapidly, and it is time for us to expand our marketing department with a creative and structured colleague who wants to play a key role in our Nordic marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our business area managers within PharmaTech (Rx procurement) and Specialty Pharma (OTC, Medtech, Dietary Supplements, and Cosmetics) and contribute to ensuring that our products receive strong and relevant visibility in hospitals, pharmacies, e-commerce, in our own digital channels, and in retail environments.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have a broad and varied area of responsibility where you serve as a central support function in the team. You will work both operationally and administratively with everything from coordinating campaigns and producing marketing materials to simpler design work in Canva and ongoing customer service regarding our products.
Your tasks will include:
Coordinating campaigns for pharmacies, e-commerce, own e-commerce, and digital channels.
Support during product launches, seasonal campaigns, and the creation of marketing materials.
Creating and adapting Nordic materials based on materials from other markets (copy, design, product texts).
Doing simpler design in Canva (SoMe posts, brochure sketches, presentation materials).
Managing artwork processes, versions, and internal approvals.
Collaborating with media and production agencies as well as contacting printers and suppliers.
Contributing to data collection, reports, and summaries.
Answering customer inquiries and providing service related to Bioglan's products.
Serving as a link between marketing, logistics, and other internal functions.
Your Profile
You have an academic degree at the college or university level in relevant fields, such as Marketing, Business & Administration, Pharmacy, or equivalent education. At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, communication, or a similar role, preferably in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical technology, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.
To succeed in this role, you need to be a good administrator and a sharp communicator who feels comfortable writing and editing texts in both Swedish and English. You have good system skills and work effortlessly in Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You can produce simpler design materials and preferably have experience with Canva, WordPress, or other CMS systems.
Experience with Nordic collaboration or working across multiple markets, as well as a strong interest in digital marketing and social media, is highly meritorious.
As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You are service-oriented and positive in your contact with both customers and colleagues. You are creative and solution-oriented and comfortable taking your own initiatives. The role suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, appreciate varied tasks, and have a good ability to create structure and quality in everything you do.
