We are now looking for a business developer who wants to help develop the future of digital support within LSS and daily activities.

Boet is a digital operational support used in LSS accommodations across the country. For staff, it creates a secure structure and clarity, and for residents, it enhances participation and self-determination. This year, we are taking the next step and launching a new product for daily activities. Together with municipalities and private actors, we work to ensure that more people can live their best life – through innovation, proximity, and a large dose of heart.

The Role – Business Developer

As a business developer at Boet, you will work with both existing customers and new customer acquisition. You will be an important part of our growing sales team and collaborate closely with operations, managers, and decision-makers within LSS.

Your Responsibilities

• Build, nurture, and develop long-term customer relationships
• Identify and drive upselling opportunities
• Prospect and engage new customers
• Conduct customer meetings and presentations
• Participate in trade fairs and marketing activities
• Contribute to the development of our offerings and working methods

We are looking for someone who is

• Self-driven, motivated, and confident in taking responsibility
• Communicative and skilled at building relationships
• Experienced in sales – preferably both customer development and new customer acquisition
• Structured and accustomed to working with digital tools and CRM

📍 Location: Stockholm/Mälardalen

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of public procurement (LOU)
• Experience in care and support, especially LSS or daily activities
• Experience from SaaS companies or technical B2B sales
