AudioNova is looking for a Front Office who is interested in working with customer reception in our store in Eslöv, alongside the current Front Office team. The role is of great importance to the reception, making it a significant position to take on. Do you want to be part of our success and well-being?

About the role

The position is a part-time temporary employment (50%) with working hours Monday to Friday from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

The role of Front Office at AudioNova is a delightful mix of being the face of the company and delivering exceptional service to customers in our store, combined with administrative tasks. Therefore, it is important that you are service-oriented and can quickly switch between back office tasks and assisting our customers at the counter. The work requires a strong sense of teamwork with the customer in focus.

Examples of tasks:

  • Customer reception
  • Phone switchboard
  • Bookings
  • Invoicing
  • Receipts and cash handling
  • Troubleshooting and basic servicing of hearing aids and assistive devices

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of teamwork who can deliver good customer service. You have good communication skills and find it easy to build good relationships. Since we are part of a global corporation, we expect you to be proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in customer service, administration, and switchboard operations, as well as a high sense of service. It is also important to be able to prioritize and work towards both personal and collective goals.

Furthermore, you are expected to independently prioritize and structure tasks while being a good team colleague with flexibility required both in your role and as a person.
