Customer Service Representative Wanted at Hemfint Group in Kristianstad

Hemfint Group, consisting of the successful e-commerce companies Hemfint, Outl1, and Trendrum, is now looking for an engaged customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative with us, you will play a central role in our operations. Your main tasks will include answering customer inquiries via phone and email, providing customers with detailed information about our products, and handling orders and complaints with professionalism and care. You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks and case management, which requires accuracy and efficiency.

We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Your service-oriented attitude and genuine desire to help customers are crucial for this role. We value your ability to handle different types of cases and solve problems creatively. Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important qualities, as well as good computer skills.

The employment is a permanent position with an initial probation period. The work is on-site during the day at our office in central Kristianstad, and customer service will soon be relocated to Broby where we have our central warehouse. The salary range for this position is 24,000 to 25,000 SEK per month, and you need to be available to start employment in the first week of January.
