Background
We are a wonderful team in the Marketing team at Öresundskraft looking for the right person to help us on our journey to create even better communication and customer experiences for our B2B customers. We want to inspire people to make better and more conscious energy choices through new innovative solutions in a way that surprises, engages, and leads to lasting behavior changes. Such experiences do not happen by chance but through creative and structured work with business and customer experience in focus.
About the role
As a communicator, you will be part of the marketing department at Öresundskraft where you will work to provide our B2B customers with a really good experience in our digital customer interfaces such as our website, Energy Portal, and our logged-in area for corporate customers. The focus will also be on working broadly in other channels to create engaging content around important issues related to the energy market and sustainability for customers in real estate, industry, and other business segments. This may involve newsletters, customer cases, support in social media, or packaging new products and services.
Examples of tasks:
- Target group-adapted production of engaging content primarily in digital channels.
- Involved in the work with content structure and lifecycle management in our CMS.
- Supportive in the work around content strategy focusing on SEO, conversion, and loyalty.
- Packaging of products and services.
- Continuously evaluate and improve content based on insights with a data-driven approach.
- Support content creation in other channels such as newsletters and social media.
In the marketing department, you will work with Lotta, who is responsible for B2B customer communication. You will also work continuously with our cross-functional business team focusing on our corporate customers. You will report to Marketing Manager Jesper. The role is a temporary position for 2026 with a possibility of extension.

About you
As a person, you are curious, driven, and communicative. You know how to create engaging and clear communication around complex topics, and you are passionate about creating good customer experiences both internally and externally. We prefer that you, just like us at Öresundskraft, want to make a difference for the climate and society and are driven by working with sustainability issues.
Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of experience in communication towards a B2B market.
- Experience in working with communication of products and services including conversion focus.
- Good experience in working with various digital systems such as CMS, analytics, and marketing tools.
- Experience working cross-functionally and with several different contact points.
- Relevant education from college, university, or vocational school.
Meritorious
- Experience from the energy industry or similar industries
- Experience in communication in other channels such as email marketing and/or social media
