About the role

As a Financial Controller, you will be a key person in our finance department. You will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and follow-up – and you will help develop processes that strengthen our financial governance. You will work closely with the CFO and be an important support for management in financial decisions.

Your main responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Consolidation and reporting to group management

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (K3/IFRS)

• Ongoing analysis of balance sheets and income statements

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting

• Streamline and develop internal routines and processes

We are looking for someone who

• Has an academic degree in finance/accounting

• Has several years of experience in accounting and reporting

• Has a good understanding of regulations and accounting principles

• Is meticulous, analytical, and structured

• Has excellent skills in Excel; experience with ERP and BI systems is an advantage

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English
