We are looking for an experienced HR partner for the HR unit at Sollentuna Municipality for 5 months starting February 1, 2026.

About the assignment

The assignment is a consulting role via Bemannia starting from 2026-02-01 until 2026-06-30. You will be placed at the municipality's office, and there will be opportunities for some remote work and flexible working hours.

Your tasks

As an HR consultant/HR partner, you will work proactively and value-creating based on the needs of the organization and the HR annual wheel. The HR partner provides strategic, tactical, and operational HR support and works consultatively. The operational support covers all HR areas such as competence supply (not recruitment), salary review, leadership and employee relations, work environment, labor law, and rehabilitation. There may be development work related to the onboarding process.

Your qualifications

• University degree in human resources or another relevant degree that we consider equivalent.
• Many years of experience in the HR field and in an HR partner role.
• Experience working within a municipality or region.
• Experience driving development in the HR field and being part of a management team.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You need to be confident in your professional role, have an easy time building trust with your clients, and possess good collaboration skills.
