Preschool Area 2 – Bandhagen, Högdalen, Örby is looking for preschool teachers

Do you want to help create a creative and learning environment for the children? We are now looking for engaged preschool teachers for Preschool Area 2.

In February, we will open a department for younger children – and we need you!

About us

Preschool Area 2 consists of 10 preschools where we together create meeting places for learning and offer safe, playful, and exploratory learning environments. Our pedagogical idea is based on an exploratory approach where pedagogical documentation is a central tool for making children's learning processes visible and developing teaching.

Your role

As a preschool teacher, you lead the pedagogical work in the team based on the curriculum and the preschool's goals. You plan, follow up, and develop the operations in line with our governing documents. You have a clear child focus and a strong drive to develop the pedagogical environment.

Qualifications and experience

We are looking for you who:

• Are a qualified preschool teacher
• Have knowledge of pedagogical documentation and exploratory working methods
• Are engaged, professional, and proactive
• Have good collaboration skills and are solution-focused
• Are computer literate and have digital competence
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have experience in language development work and play-responsive teaching. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.
