About the Role:

In this role, you are expected to be a skilled and attentive recruiter who enjoys working broadly – sometimes with technical and industrial job roles, but also with other types of positions. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from requirement specification meetings with clients to search, headhunting, and handling incoming applications.

The work is largely administrative, but recruitment is fundamentally about people and dialogues. Therefore, you need to be able to adapt your communication style based on whom you are meeting and be responsive to both the client's and candidate's needs. A central part of the role is to coordinate meetings and interviews between clients and candidates and to act as a bridge between them, creating clarity, security, and structure in the process.

The role requires a systematic and structured approach, high multitasking ability, and the capacity to keep many balls in the air at the same time. Your experience in the industry will be invaluable as you drive the process forward, hold meetings with both clients and candidates, and ensure that the best technical talents are matched with the right opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You are passionate about technology and demonstrate this through your commitment to finding the best technical talents.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with or without consulting responsibility.
• Relevant education is an advantage.
• Experience with successful recruitments in the technology field is a plus.
• You have a sales-oriented attitude and are ready to be a key player in our journey forward.
• You contribute new ideas and efficiencies that drive the business.
• You are a skilled relationship builder with a good professional reputation.
• You have good self-awareness and a desire to develop.
