Your new role

We are looking for a structured and service-oriented Global Mobility Administrator for an international industrial company in Södertälje. In this role, you will be an important part of the Global Mobility team and responsible for administrative and coordinating tasks related to finance, invoicing, and process management for international assignments.

As a Global Mobility Administrator, you will support the work to ensure efficient and accurate mobility processes. You will manage financial flows, monitor costs, and work closely with both internal functions and external suppliers. You will also contribute to process improvements and ensure that working methods comply with data protection and internal governance requirements.

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage processes within global mobility with a focus on finance, invoicing, and documentation
  • Support internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, IT, as well as external advisors and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with data protection guidelines, archiving, and personal data
  • Maintain accurate records and produce reports, statistics, and analysis materials
  • Answer questions from employees and managers regarding invoicing, systems, and international assignments
  • Prepare standard documentation and perform administrative tasks related to global mobility

Scope of the assignment: Full-time, 100% Employment form: Temporary employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Salary: Approx. 30,000 - 32,000 SEK/month Start: Early January. End: 2026-06-30, with the possibility of extension

To be successful in this role, you need

  • Experience in administrative work within HR, finance, or global mobility
  • Good understanding of invoicing, on-charging, and financial flows
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing large data sets
  • High integrity and accuracy in handling confidential information
  • Familiarity with various HR, finance, and case management systems
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
