We are now looking for a specialist in Malmö who wants to contribute their expertise in EU family benefits. With us, you will be part of a larger team working with EU family benefits and collaborating closely with specialists in Visby.

Coaching, Development, and Collaboration
As a specialist, you will provide advice and support to investigators regarding insurance interpretation and current processing procedures. By coaching the investigators, you contribute to ensuring they have the right skills to meet the needs of applicants and insured individuals. You actively contribute to creating a learning climate at the workplace and identify the overall competence needs, initiating possible development paths. As an employee at Försäkringskassan, you have a high awareness of security since the agency deals with confidential information. Your work includes contributing to the change and development of processes, and you play an important role in implementing regulatory and process changes. The assignment also includes supporting unit managers with quality follow-ups in processing and being a support to the local management team on matters concerning your area of expertise.

We are looking for someone who
- has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- has specialist competence or equivalent in-depth knowledge, acquired through relevant experience from Försäkringskassan
- has a coaching approach
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- acts on their initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals.
It is advantageous if you have
- in-depth knowledge of social insurance, administrative law, and confidentiality
- good knowledge in at least one of Försäkringskassan's benefit areas, preferably in EU family benefits
- experience in mentoring new employees
- experience in quality assurance of cases within EU family benefits
- good knowledge of Försäkringskassan's website/self-service services and Försäkringskassan's organization.

1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date as agreed. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the job allows it.
