Financial Assistant

Together with our partner, we are now looking for a financial assistant. The role is suitable for you who want to work in a developing position with great opportunities for personal growth. The company is part of a larger group and operates within the finance sector.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for large parts of the financial flow for the operations in Finland. The reason for the need is that you will cover a parental leave until August 2026. The role is broad, and it is important that you appreciate the variety of tasks.

• Account reconciliations
• Inventory financing
• Ensuring the payment flow
• Expense management, etc.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an administrative flair and a knack for numbers
• Appreciates varied tasks
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.

To be successful in this role, it is important that you are a structured and action-oriented individual with the ability to handle many tasks simultaneously. You are flexible and open to change, and have a strong ability to adapt to different situations. As a dedicated team player, you are responsible and help out where needed. About the employment
