Nordiska Rum sells well-known brands in the furniture and interior design segment. We strive to offer high quality at low prices to both private individuals and businesses. Our products are sold online as well as in our store in Broby.

We are growing rapidly and are now looking for you to join our customer service and sales team.

Job Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will involve handling customer service inquiries via email and phone. We work with a ticketing system called Zendesk where support cases are registered. This can include everything from product questions, complaints, or delivery inquiries.

Your Profile

• You have experience working systematically and structured at a computer. You are fast at typing.
• You learn new programs and working methods quickly.
• You have a pleasant demeanor and are a good listener towards customers and colleagues.
• You are unpretentious and enjoy completing tasks.

Meritorious

• You have previously worked in Zendesk.
• You have experience in customer support.

We Offer:

A permanent position at 100%. Weekend work occurs regularly according to schedule. Start as soon as possible.
