Your Main Responsibilities

• Sales-oriented store manager with own budget responsibility
• Personnel responsibility, ensuring that employees thrive and perform, as well as being responsible for employee reviews, development talks, etc.
• Responsible for the facility in accordance with operational goals, financial goals, and efficiency goals, both in the short and long term.
• Create good customer relationships and increase the number of customers.
• Support and assist salespeople in calculating deals and developing them towards set goals.

Who Are You?

We see that you have experience from the automotive industry or a similar field and have leadership experience. You speak and write fluently in English and Swedish; it is a merit if you also speak German. You have a B driver's license and good knowledge of the Office suite.

About the Company

PlatinumCars is one of Sweden's largest suppliers of exclusive cars and has experienced strong growth since its inception 20 years ago. Our main facility in Norrköping is one of the country's largest sports car centers with 11,000 m² of exhibition space and room for 250 cars. We currently have locations in three cities in Sweden: Norrköping, Stockholm, and Helsingborg, offering a complete workshop, glass, reconditioning, and wrapping departments. We are an approved car workshop and authorized for Dodge, RAM, Corvette, Cadillac, and Chevrolet.
