About the Role of Store Salesperson

In the role of store salesperson, you will work in our team of 7 wonderful people where you will assist the company's customers at our branch in Trelleborg. Your work will include helping our customers find the right tools and workwear in the store and over the phone, ensuring that customers have the right conditions at their workplaces. The role also includes tasks such as receiving goods, unpacking, inventory, clothing printing, and keeping the store in a tidy condition daily.

To thrive in the role of store salesperson, it is important that you are passionate about customer contacts and sales and have an interest or experience in our products and services. You are outgoing, have a social ability, and find it easy to create new relationships and develop your network. Furthermore, you are flexible, self-driven, and enjoy being helpful and providing good service. You are solution-oriented and have the ability to make things happen by taking action rather than just describing them. We prefer that you are meticulous and responsible.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a social and outgoing person with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
• Has an interest in the construction industry and preferably experience in sales.
• Thrives in a dynamic work environment with a fast pace and appreciates collaboration.
• Has good computer skills and can work independently, taking responsibility for your tasks.
• Has a valid driver's license (B).

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience in B2B sales in a store
• Familiarity with craft machines
• Experience in quote management
• Forklift license
