Hässlehem AB is now looking for a customer service representative to join its team. This is a role where effective administration, strong digital skills, and professional customer handling are crucial.

The position requires previous experience in qualified administration combined with customer contact and that you feel comfortable in face-to-face meetings with customers, even if the situations may become complex or sensitive.

About the role

As a customer service representative, you have a clear overall responsibility for taking care of our tenants both over the phone and in the Bobutiken, while also being responsible for rental administration. You need to be able to work in a structured, independent, and meticulous manner. The role places high demands on digital proficiency, organization, documentation, and the ability to switch between service, administration, and internal coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Be responsible for the entire rental process from start to finish for apartments, garages, parking spaces, and premises
  • Handle terminations, rent notifications, and complaints throughout the process
  • Register and update rental information in the property system
  • Book pre-inspections and viewings and check blocked apartments
  • Participate in activities organized for tenants.
  • Support in the work with the website and social media.

Your profile

To be considered for the position, documented experience in a role where administration has been a central and extensive part of the job, combined with customer service or customer support, is required. You must be accustomed to handling face-to-face customer meetings and able to conduct professional conversations. Experience with finance-related tasks is an advantage but not a requirement.

Very good IT skills are a basic requirement. You need to have worked in a structured manner with the Office suite, have good knowledge of Excel, and also an interest in new digital systems and AI. You are expected to be comfortable quickly familiarizing yourself with new systems and working digitally without support. Experience with property systems is an advantage and knowledge of Vitec.

You must have a very good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form. The role involves daily written documentation and communication where linguistic precision is crucial. Good English is required, and additional language skills are an advantage, such as Arabic.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement. The position involves meeting tenants in our residential areas when necessary, and you should feel comfortable in that role.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and stress-resistant. You take responsibility for your tasks and follow issues through to completion. You have a professional approach, remain calm in pressured situations, and always prioritize objectivity and service over prestige. Contributing to a good and developing work environment is a given for you!
