Do you want to be part of a creative and operational in-house marketing team? We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about visual identity, tone, and structured communication planning!

GRAM Group consists of Hotel Skansen, Hotel Riviera Strand, and Torekov Hotell, as well as several restaurants in Båstad and the Bjäre Peninsula. About the role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you are a key person in the daily marketing work and the obvious point of contact for our hotels and restaurants. You create effective coordination between internal clients and produce and update templates, print materials, menus, and digital brochures. You ensure that each unit receives the right visual material and support – always on time and with high quality.

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage and administer work orders from our units.
  • Produce and update brand-strengthening communication through templates, web, external websites, print materials, menus, and digital brochures.
  • Ensure that the right material and messages are in place for seasonal launches, campaigns, and events.
  • Support project managers in campaigns and deliveries.
  • Plan and coordinate in-house materials and support based on annual cycles and campaign plans.
  • Make quick decisions on urgent work orders and prioritize deliveries.
  • Improve and streamline internal workflows for ordering, production, and delivery.

We are looking for someone who is creative and has a genuine interest in communication and brand-strengthening marketing. You have a business-driven understanding. You are curious and updated on trends and what is new in the media industry.

We want you to:

  • Be structured, solution-oriented, and thrive with many contact points.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in operational marketing work and in-house production from an experience-based workplace or from an advertising agency.
  • Be a “doer” who makes things happen and keeps the pace up without losing details.
  • Have excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Have good experience with: Adobe Suite, project tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar, web, and content work.
  • Be creative with a strong ability to convey emotions in text and images.
  • Be a team player: You collaborate closely with both the internal team and external partners as well as the hotels/restaurants to ensure the highest quality in delivery.
