The company operates in many locations in northwestern Skåne – from recycling centers to recycling facilities, trucking, and headquarters. About the Role
We are looking for an engaged and structured Customer Service Assistant who will be an important part of our customer service team and contribute to providing our customers and contractors with a professional and service-oriented response.
The role includes:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers as well as contractors
- Registering and managing cases and deviations in the business system
- Following up on customer cases and ensuring good quality in every contact
- Updating customer information
- Administrative tasks related to customer service
Requirements for Success in the Role
This is a role for you who thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied and rapidly changing tasks. You enjoy interacting with internal and external customers, have a positive attitude, and the ability to take personal responsibility.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems
- Has a strong sense of service and customer interaction
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Is structured, meticulous, and responsible
- Is attentive, communicative, and has good collaboration skills
- Has good administrative skills and a sense of order
- Experience in call centers or customer service is an advantage
Employment
- Employment type: Fixed-term employment for 12 months
- Working hours: 100%
- Start date: By agreement
- Location: NSR's headquarters in Helsingborg
