At the Tillväxtverket's Simplification Department, we work to create simple government contacts for businesses. If you are interested in societal development, this is a job for you. The unit's responsibilities include contributing to the development of content and services on verksamt.se, simplifying permit processes in close collaboration with responsible authorities, and reducing and simplifying companies' reporting obligations to authorities at national, regional, and municipal levels.

About the Position

In the role of project manager, you will lead and participate in work related to government assignments and support authorities to make it easier for businesses. The work is carried out at both strategic and operational levels, and you need to have a good understanding of how the interaction between businesses and public administration looks in heavily regulated industries. The role involves capturing businesses' needs for simple contacts with authorities and contributing to developing proposals for solutions. The work is done in close collaboration with various public actors, and it is an important part of the job to understand and take into account different interests and to create a good and constructive collaborative climate.

Examples of tasks that may be relevant:

• Facilitate experience exchange between authorities through conferences, meetings, and digital communication.
• Follow up on authorities' work with effective processing times and improved service. Support authorities in choosing methods for monitoring processing times and customer satisfaction.
• Write reports and develop policy recommendations for authorities and the government as part of the work to simplify businesses' contacts with authorities.

Your place of work is: Malmö

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree from a university or college, equivalent to at least three years of study, in a social science field such as economics or political science.
• Experience working with simplification issues in public administration.
• Experience with more efficient control systems in application processes at authorities.
• Led projects where authorities need to be coordinated.
• Good ability to express yourself simply and clearly in Swedish and English.

The following are desirable:

• Good experience in project management at both operational, tactical, and strategic levels.
• Experience of digital administration from a strategic perspective as well as the development of digital administration in Sweden.
• Familiarity with writing reports and developing policy recommendations.
• Experience working with issues related to processing times, responses, and service at authorities.

Selection and interviews will be conducted after the Christmas holiday.
