Grit Academy is now seeking a social and engaged employee for a part-time role where you can make a real difference for our students.

About the role

As a coach with us, you will be a central part of our students' journey towards the job market. Your main tasks will include:

• Coaching and guiding students in their personal and professional development
• Establishing and maintaining contact with employers
• Actively seeking, matching, and securing internship placements
• Following up with both students and workplaces during the internship period

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a social, confident, and communicative person who enjoys being a support and link between students and the job market. You need to have:

• Documented experience in similar tasks (e.g., coaching, labor market initiatives, internship or employer coordination)
• Good ability to create and nurture relationships
• Independence, structure, and a solution-focused approach to work

Perfect for those seeking part-time work or looking to work alongside their studies, such as PA students or aspiring career counselors.
