About the Position

We are looking for a structured and proactive administrator/production assistant who wants to contribute to an efficient and well-functioning workflow within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing advanced administrative tasks and providing support to several departments within our production unit.

Your tasks will include onboarding new employees, preparing reports and presentation materials, as well as creating organizational charts, instructions, and internal communication. You will be responsible for ensuring good information sharing within the organization and keeping relevant parties updated.

Additionally, you will implement standardized work processes and initiate and drive improvement efforts to optimize our administrative routines. The role also includes arranging and coordinating business-critical internal and external events, including travel planning, conference bookings, and logistics.

You will also handle purchases, create requisitions, and follow up on related invoices.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with documented experience in similar tasks, preferably from an operational or production-related environment. You have a good understanding of administrative tools and routines, are self-driven, solution-oriented, and possess well-developed communication skills. You are service-minded, structured, and thrive in a dynamic environment where you can take responsibility.

You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with Power BI is a plus. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required.
