JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks will be to provide information and guidance to our residents, businesses, and visitors. The work is mainly carried out via phone but also through our other channels such as chat, email, and personal visits. Customer service handles cases concerning all areas of the municipality's operations. Your area of responsibility will primarily be based on the main assignment of community issues, such as building permits, water/sewage, streets, parks, etc.

Scheduled working hours apply during Customer Service's opening hours, which are Monday to Friday 08-16, City Hall, Ängelholm Municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Documented experience in customer service or municipal operations is required
  • Higher education or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Flexible and has a service-oriented and resident-focused approach
  • Good conversation and telephone skills and can express yourself well in both speech and writing
  • Ability to see the big picture and support colleagues in Customer Service towards efficiency and changed working methods related to digitalization
  • Experience in documenting and handling cases
  • Very good computer skills
  • Open to change and development-oriented
