The HR department consists of about 25 employees divided into two units: the Payroll Unit and the HR Unit. The department is led by the HR manager. Here, HR specialists, negotiation managers, developers, recruiters, administrators, and payroll specialists work together. We are a competent and driven team that enjoys working together.

The HR department, together with the municipality's managers, drives, develops, and coordinates all HR-related issues.

We are now looking for an HR Specialist to join our team in the HR Unit!

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR Specialist, you will provide close support to several of the municipality's operations and their managers, working as an internal consultant and generalist. Based on your interests and experiences, there are great opportunities to contribute to the development of the municipality's overall HR assignments and processes.

In the role of HR Specialist, you will work in a coaching and supportive manner towards the municipality's managers, aiming to strengthen them in their employer role. The role also includes ensuring quality, meaning supporting managers in complying with laws, agreements, and guidelines correctly.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• a relevant academic degree for the position.
• experience and good knowledge of driving, leading, supporting, and following up on HR issues.
• good knowledge of labor law.
• experience using IT tools as support in work, e.g., Office Suite, Teams, etc.
• good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
• a valid driver's license (B).

It is also an advantage if you have previous relevant work experience from public operations such as municipalities or regions.
