About the role

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a service and repair coordinator for a global company that provides specific solutions in medical technology products. The role involves receiving cases and fault reports and coordinating service and repair activities, as well as having contact with customers, technicians, and cross-functional departments both in Sweden and internationally. You will be the spider in the web and have an administrative service-oriented role where communication will be crucial to deliver the best possible service. In addition to the coordinating part, you will also be responsible for building a service offering aimed at the company's customers. The company's language is English, and you will report to the European Service Manager while also working closely with the Country Business Leader Nordic.

This is a full-time consulting assignment for 12 months with a desired start as soon as possible. You will be employed by us at The Place and work at the client company. Working hours are Mon-Thu 8-16:30 and Fri 8-16 with the possibility to work from home one day a week. The company is located in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tech service and repair-related cases and manage orders and service agreements for medical equipment for customers in the Nordic region.
• Receive technical service requests and assess potential product complaints.
• Update customer information and product data in the system.
• Update customers regarding the status and current information regarding cases and products.
• Inform the Service Department of any billing or payment issues.
• Provide service statistics for designated service teams.
• Communicate and collaborate with various departments.
• Drive projects to develop and optimize workflows and their various service offerings.
• Other tasks related to the role.

Your background

• Previous experience in service and administration.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and Excel.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Technical interest/knowledge.
• It is an advantage if you have a university degree in electrical engineering, mechanics, or biomedicine or similar.

Working hours/Duration Consulting assignment for 12 months with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. Start: Immediately. Working hours: Mon-Thu 8:00-16:30 and Fri 8:00-16:00. With some flexibility and the ability to work from home one day a week.
