About the position

We are looking for personal assistants for a young and very active man with autism, who lives in Åkersberga. The positions are of varying employment levels, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time work. The shifts are primarily during the day and evening. We consider it of utmost importance that you are available and open to working both day and evening shifts, during weekdays and on weekends.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Between approximately 09:00-21:00, Mon-Sun. Night shifts may become relevant in the future.

About the client This client is very fond of trains, especially Märklin trains. He also enjoys music, creating diamond paintings, driving, swimming at the pool, and watching old Swedish movies and series. He also likes to play badminton, spend time at a flea market, or go for a walk with his personal assistant. About you We are looking for someone who is assertive and seeking an enjoyable challenge. For this position, you should be stable and calm in your professional role and as a person. You should also have good structure and organization in your work. We see it as a given that you possess an initiative-taking ability, are creative, and skilled at engaging others around you. You are flexible in thought and can also adapt your behavior and actions in a rapidly changing environment, where it is equally important to be active as it is to calm down or take a step back.

As a personal assistant, we prefer that you are cooperative, attentive, responsible, flexible, and a good team player. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as a candidate and our client. This can be decisive in the final selection. Requirements:

• Experience working in a low-arousal manner,
• Proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written,
• Non-smoker,
• Do not wear strong fragrances at work,
• Not allergic to pets as there is a dog in the client's home,
• High work ethic and an interest and engagement in your work,
• Can provide a valid extract from your criminal record from the Police upon potential employment.

It is advantageous if you:

• Have previously worked as a personal assistant,
• Can cook,
• Have technical skills and experience with communication aids (communication with a schedule),
• Can swim and participate in activities involving swimming,
• Hold a B driver's license for manual transmission.

Scope: Part-time. Number of positions: 2. Start date: Immediately. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
