Description

The Children, Youth, and Public Health operation consists of two equivalent pediatric outpatient clinics in Angered and Gamlestaden where we provide care for children and young people aged 0-18 years in pediatric medicine and child psychiatry.

Our work is process-based and interdisciplinary and strives for continuous development to meet the healthcare needs of the children and youth who come to us. The area of operation also includes the administration's Public Health Unit.

As an operations assistant, you will support the operations manager in daily tasks. Your responsibilities include preparing and following up on decisions and actions after meetings, writing invitations, meeting notes, and minutes for management, MBL, and safety committees, as well as other recurring meetings. Within the administration, there is a network for operations assistants from other operational areas.

Responsibilities

With us, the operations assistant is a superuser and administrator for the operation's SharePoint areas for governing and supporting documents. This includes being a support for the operation's employees and the units' areas and being responsible for the operation's intranet. The operations assistant is also the archive representative, which means you are the contact person for the operational area regarding archive matters and are responsible for registering the operation's public documents.

It also includes practical tasks related to organizing management, union cooperation, and other meetings that you plan together with the operations manager. The close working group consists of operations developers, unit managers, and the operations manager. You work proactively and assist the operations manager by staying one step ahead in administrative work. The assignment also includes booking employees' conferences and travel. You and your manager will divide your time between our two units, and you are often in the same location, which facilitates collaboration.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant administrative education and experience working as an operations assistant. You have good knowledge of digital systems and are not afraid to learn new things. You have experience working in the Västra Götaland Region's systems such as SOFIA, SharePoint, Stratsys, and Public 360. You also have basic knowledge of public documents. It is also important that you can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish.

As a person, you are attentive and have a natural sense of service. You are confident in taking your own initiatives and have a professional and solution-focused approach.

Conditions

Start date 2026-03-01 or by agreement. Interviews will be conducted continuously. Individual salary setting applies.
