In this role, you will combine operational work with a clear planning and coordination responsibility, where you will be a key person in creating structure, quality, and security in the operations. This is the role for you who enjoys both leading and doing, and want to work closely with both clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities – What will you do?As a Team Leader for Housing Support, you will work both in the field and with planning and administration.
Housing support work (operational part, approx. 70 %):
You will work closely with clients and support them in their daily lives based on individual needs and implementation plans. Examples of tasks:
- Create structure in daily life – routines, planning, and motivation.
- Support at home – assist with housing-related and practical tasks.
- Motivational conversations – build trust, security, and independence.
- Support in contact with society – accompany clients to healthcare, authorities, or other important entities.
- Promote independence – support the client in achieving their goals and developing their own abilities.
As a Team Leader, you have a structured and communicative responsibility for planning, following up, and developing the work. Examples of tasks:
- Decision management – receive new assistance decisions and ensure correct initiation of services.
- Client contact and initiation – contact the client and conduct an initiation meeting.
- Planning and scheduling – plan and allocate services based on the client's wishes and staffing.
- Quality follow-up – follow up on services, quality, and documentation.
- Collegial support – be a support and sounding board for colleagues in daily work.
- Operational development – contribute to development, routines, and improvement work within housing support.
You are a stable and secure person who enjoys having responsibility. You have a good ability to create trusting relationships and feel comfortable in a leadership role where you hold together structure and planning.
We would like you to have the following qualifications:
- Experience as a housing support worker – you have previous experience and understanding of the role.
- Experience in a leadership or coordinating role - you have previous experience in leading and distributing work and planning services based on authority decisions.
- Driving license B – you are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our clients in their homes.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing – you express yourself well and document professionally.
- Structured and responsible – you plan, organize, and ensure quality.
- Pedagogical and relationship-building – you motivate and build trust.
- Independent but collaborative – you lead confidently and contribute to a good team spirit.
- Responsive and professional – you treat everyone with respect and care.
Employment: 100%
Working hours: Daytime, with some variation based on the needs of the operations and clients.
Location: You will be based at our office in central Täby.
